Registered Nurse, Clinical Resource Unit - PT nights
About The Position
The Registered Nurse in the Clinical Resource Unit at Advocate Condell Medical Center provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. The role delivers safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills, the nurse helps create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum of care. The Clinical Resource Unit is a versatile team of registered nurses and support staff that provides care across multiple inpatient units to address changing patient volumes and acuity. This position is part-time nights, scheduled for two 12-hour shifts per week from 1900 to 0730, with rotation every third weekend and on holidays.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
