About The Position
Skylake Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses to provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility in Thornton, Colorado. The role may include supervising nurse assistants, administering medication passes, and providing treatments. Skylake Post Acute is a skilled nursing facility providing rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Colorado.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
