About The Position

Lead the surgical environment by expertly managing both scrub and circulating functions to ensure a seamless, sterile, and safe operative experience for every patient. Advocate for patient safety through continuous monitoring and clear communication of the patient’s condition, managing their holistic care journey before, during, and after the procedure. Collaborate as a primary surgical partner by assisting physicians with critical tasks—including wound exposure and suturing—to ensure precise clinical outcomes and patient stability. Drive clinical readiness by meticulously preparing the operating suite and specialized instrumentation, ensuring the team has everything required to provide life-saving care without delay. Ensure documentation excellence by capturing the patient's surgical story in real-time, maintaining high-quality records that support long-term recovery and institutional standards.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
