About The Position

West Village Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, resident-centered care at its 132-bed skilled nursing facility in Greenville, South Carolina. The RN will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support the best possible outcomes for residents. The position offers full-time employment, 2nd-shift needs from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and 8-hour or 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused, with strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Dependable and professional, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
• Passion for delivering exceptional care to an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Safely and accurately administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures.
• Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition.
• Communicate resident status updates to physicians, families, and appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies.
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Use PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed.
