About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Registered Nurse at Avalon Village. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The position calls for a supportive presence, teamwork, collaboration, clear interpersonal communication, and a commitment to excellent geriatric care. The posting lists full-time evening and night schedules and an earning potential of $40–$44 per hour, plus a $10,000 retention bonus.

Requirements

Hold a current, valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
