About The Position

Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide healthcare support at Charlestown Elementary School. The School Nurse will provide daily nursing care to students, respond to illnesses and injuries, administer medications, and help promote a safe and healthy learning environment. This position will have specific dates needed. Requirements

• Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
• Current CPR Certification Required
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions
• Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical working experience within the last five years preferred
• Pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and first aid to students and staff
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions and care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and assess student health concerns
• Maintain accurate health documentation and records
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
• Promote health and wellness within the school community
