Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
Current CPR certification (renewal classes available through Interim HealthCare)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working with young children
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

One year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to preschool-aged students during the school day.
Assess and respond to student health concerns and minor illnesses or injuries.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies.
Monitor students with chronic medical conditions and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate health documentation and medication records.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to promote student health and safety.
Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
Foster a caring, calm, and supportive environment for students.
