About The Position

The Registered Nurse has responsibility and accountability for providing direct, comprehensive nursing care to patients from admission through discharge. The role includes reviewing and documenting care provided, outcomes, and evaluations. The nurse applies evidence, professional standards, best practices, critical thinking, experiential evidence, and evidence-based practices to bedside caregiving. This is a part-time psychiatric nursing position with a 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. schedule.

Requirements

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kentucky.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Obtain Crisis Prevention certification within 6 months of hire.
