About The Position
Rehabilitation Hospital of Southern New Mexico is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our Day & Night Shift team. As part of Ernest Health, we are nationally recognized for delivering exceptional rehabilitative care and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 16 years and has earned The Joint Commission’s Brain Injury, Stroke and Spinal Cord Certification. At our 40-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients, serving the communities of Southern New Mexico. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) positions available.
- Full-Time & Part-Time positions available.
- Must bring a copy of your resume and be ready to interview on the spot.

Responsibilities
- Become a Recovery Champion delivering extraordinary care that transforms lives!
- Work closely with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, and case managers to implement and optimize treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed records of patient improvements, challenges, and responses to therapy interventions.
- Transform complex medical information into clear guidance that empowers patients and families throughout the rehabilitation journey.
