About The Position

Ascension at Home, together with Compassus is hosting a Walk-In-Wednesday event for their Pendleton, IN Home Health program. This event allows potential candidates to stop in any Wednesday throughout September between the hours of 9 am-2 pm without an appointment. Candidates will be personally greeted by one of their Directors of Clinical Services, who will discuss career goals and provide insights into working in a home health setting. Refreshments and team swag will be provided, and attendees will leave with a clear understanding of the opportunities available.

Requirements

Physical Therapist: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
Physical Therapist Assistant: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a home health setting required.
Registered Nurse: Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing required.
Licensed Practical Nurse: Certificate of an accredited program of Practical or Vocational Nursing as approved by the state required. Two (2) years of experience as an LPN in a clinical skilled care setting.
Speech Language Pathologist: Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home health setting required.

Nice To Haves

Physical Therapist: Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
Physical Therapist Assistant: Highly preferred acute care or rehabilitation experience.
Registered Nurse: Two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical skilled care setting or home health preferred.
Speech Language Pathologist: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
