Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital of Lubbock is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) and Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities
- Work closely with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians and case managers to implement and optimize treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed records of patient improvements, challenges, and responses to therapy interventions.
- Transform complex medical information into clear guidance that empowers patients and families throughout the rehabilitation journey.
