Requirements
- Current, active license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Strong clinical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Providing direct nursing care and supervision during Day Shift or Night Shift
- Administering medications, treatments, and specialized nursing care
- Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident health status
- Collaborating with physicians, families, and the care team to develop and implement care plans
- Supporting and supervising LPNs and CNAs to maintain high-quality care standards
- Responding promptly to resident needs with compassion and professionalism
- Upholding the policies, procedures, and values of Lone Tree Retirement Community
