Requirements
- Current, active license as an LPN
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an LPN preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Providing direct nursing care to residents during Day Shift or Night Shift
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and documenting residents’ health status
- Communicating effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
- Supervising and supporting CNAs to ensure quality care
- Responding to resident needs with compassion and professionalism
- Upholding the standards and values of Lone Tree Retirement Community
