About The Position

Join INTEGRIS Health as a night-shift, full-time Cardiac IMC Registered Nurse at INTEGRIS Heart Hospital at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. INTEGRIS Health is Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system and seeks a caregiver to support its mission of partnering with people to live healthier lives. The Staff Registered Nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, development of care plans, implementation and evaluation of patient care interventions, and coordination and supervision of other personnel as assigned. The nurse also provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. For Hospice only, current CPR certification from either organization is required in lieu of BLS.
Other certifications and competencies required based on service-line skill.

Responsibilities

Assess and reassess patients.
Develop patient care plans.
Implement appropriate patient care interventions.
Evaluate patient care interventions.
Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in providing patient care, as assigned.
Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
Manage the delivery and documentation of patient care.
