About The Position

HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our One Day Surgery (ODS) unit. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, with 36 hours per week, featuring a rotating schedule of 10-hour shifts one week and 8-hour shifts the next, with start times varying between 5:30 am and 7:30 am. Weekend call is required every 7th weekend. The role is located at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, WI.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Nice To Haves

• PACU experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply clinical knowledge within the One Day Surgery (ODS) unit.
• Participate in weekend call rotation every 7th weekend.
