Registered Nurse (RN) - One Day Surgery (ODS)
About The Position
HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our One Day Surgery (ODS) unit. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time, with 36 hours per week. The schedule involves a rotating 10-hour shift one week and 8-hour shifts the next, with start times varying between 5:30 AM and 7:30 AM. Weekend call is required every 7th weekend. The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $55.00 per hour, with the actual rate determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Nice To Haves
- PACU experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
