About The Position
Grey Stone Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the evening shift, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The role focuses on providing nursing care that supports residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being while building meaningful relationships with residents and staff. Nurses learn residents’ life stories and contribute to a welcoming, supportive care environment. The nurse works with nursing and facility teams to coordinate resident care, promote teamwork, and uphold strong clinical standards. The position offers shift differential and experience pay. Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Ability to support teamwork, collaboration, and positive interpersonal communication.
Responsibilities
- Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
- Use medication management skills and conduct thorough resident assessments.
- Accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
- Support a respectful and positive work environment.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values in interactions with residents, family members, customers, and staff.
