About The Position

Grey Stone Health & Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time evening-shift position from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The RN develops meaningful relationships with residents by learning their life stories and uses nursing skills to promote their physical and psychosocial well-being. The role is part of a supportive team environment, with strong clinical standards, established processes, and a focus on quality care.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
