About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for home care to join its Pittsburgh-market office. The role provides compassionate, high-quality one-to-one private-duty care to clients in their homes. Nurses travel to one nearby client home per shift, with schedules that may include morning, evening, overnight, or weekend hours and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. PRN, part-time, and full-time hours are available, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. BAYADA provides paid orientation, virtual and hands-on training, and additional paid training to help nurses feel comfortable and competent on their first shift. The company describes its onboarding as supportive and introduces new nurses to the Clinical Manager, Administrator, Scheduler, and support staff on their first day.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide one-to-one private-duty care to clients in their homes.
