About The Position
PruittHealth @ Home is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home health care. The position offers full-time work Monday through Friday with flexible day-shift hours, or a Baylor schedule on Saturday and Sunday with flexible day-shift hours. The main office is in Gainesville, Georgia, and the coverage area includes communities throughout Hall, Banks, Rabun, and Stephens Counties. Pay is based on experience, with a stated range of $74,880–$90,480 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Mileage reimbursement is also offered. The RN provides skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes, completes assessments and start-of-care visits, develops care plans, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary care team. The role includes supervising LPNs and Home Health Aides, educating patients and families, and supporting continuity, quality, and safety of care. Documentation is completed using an iPad with AI assistance; OASIS experience is a plus. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification.
- At least 1 year of RN experience.
Nice To Haves
- Home health or acute care experience is preferred.
- Experience with aging or adult patient populations.
- OASIS experience.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize a busy caseload.
- Confidence working with technology and electronic documentation systems.
