About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Emergency Room role in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This is a fast-paced clinical environment with a diverse patient population, working within a collaborative care team including RNs, EMTs, providers, and support staff. The role involves performing patient assessments, implementing care plans, delivering emergency nursing care across a wide range of conditions, providing timely and accurate documentation, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team, and supporting quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Current RN license REQUIRED
• Associate’s degree in Nursing REQUIRED
• BLS certification REQUIRED within 30 days of hire
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC REQUIRED within 6 months of hire

Nice To Haves

• Acute care experience preferred
