About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) uses critical thinking skills to coordinate and provide safe, quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role is full-time, evening shift. Florida Coast Medical Center is preparing to open in September 2025 and offers a range of specialty services, combining advanced technology with a compassionate approach to care.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse program.
• Previous PACU or critical care experience required.
• Registered Nurse license.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• PALS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide safe, quality care to patients.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
