About The Position

As a Registered Nurse in the Specialty Infusion program at Henry Ford Health, you will lead the delivery of exceptional, compassionate patient care. Requirements

• Health care provider certification (BCLS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the delivery of quality patient care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate and supervise care, and document care and patient/family education.
• Communicate critical patient and family information across the healthcare team to support coordinated care.
• Identify and implement strategies to address variances and achieve patient goals.
• Build relationships with patients and families and advocate for their health and wellbeing.
• Engage with clinical resources and collaborative learning opportunities to continually improve practice.
