About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an outgoing, experienced Registered Nurse to join its wellness team. The role supports clients on their health and wellness journeys by providing IV and intramuscular therapies and other wellness services in a comfortable, wellness-focused environment. The position also helps lead and support a team of nurses in furthering Restore’s mission. This position reports to the Lead Nurse.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
At least two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
At least one year of experience administering injections.
Comfort using electronic medical records to document client details.
Nonjudgmental outlook and demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to ethics and integrity.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Willingness to follow all policies and procedures and maintain medical compliance.

Responsibilities

Administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular shots using the company’s menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Educate clients about the qualities and benefits of IV drip and intramuscular shot ingredients.
Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
Use blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness.
Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs.
Document client visits in electronic medical records.
Answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the supervision of the Medical Director and licensed Advanced Practice Providers.
Communicate client issues or adverse effects to the medical compliance team.
Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service.
Assist staff with store services.
Participate in off-site nursing events and special projects.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
