Registered Nurse - Infusion
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Infusion provides outpatient infusion and oncology nursing care in Utica, New York. The role is a 13-week contract with day shifts, five 8-hour shifts per week, and 40 guaranteed hours weekly. Local and travel candidates are accepted; a 75-mile radius rule applies, and the local rate applies within 75 miles. There is no on-call requirement and no floating. The nurse cares for adult and geriatric patients with oncology, neurologic, anemia, and gastrointestinal diagnoses. The role requires recent outpatient infusion experience, chemotherapy certification, and experience administering blood products in a fast-paced infusion setting.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent outpatient infusion RN experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Current chemotherapy certification.
- Experience with blood product administration and fast-paced infusion nursing.
- Previous travel nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient infusion and oncology nursing care.

- Administer blood products.
