About The Position

The Registered Nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The Registered Nurse is fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered. This role is on the 3 East-Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation unit, a 24-bed unit specializing in patient rehabilitation to facilitate transition home. Common diagnoses include strokes, brain injuries, transplant patients, spinal surgery, open heart surgical patients, and other conditions causing debility. A team approach is utilized, collaborating with physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
