About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The RN develops nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary; communicates changes in patients’ clinical conditions to physicians, the Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and coworkers as appropriate; and participates in patient discharge planning. This is a safety-sensitive-designated position.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program.
- Current RN license issued in the state where the facility is located.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum one year of recent nursing experience preferred.
- Safety-sensitive-designated position.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year of recent nursing experience.
- Ventilator, telemetry, and/or ICU experience.
