About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides care at a Cleveland Clinic inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Avon, Ohio, serving individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multiple traumas. The role is full-time on nights. The hospital describes an extensive orientation program, career-growth opportunities, a clinical ladder, and support for employee well-being. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for night positions.

Requirements

• Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required at hire.

Nice To Haves

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program.
• Clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
