About The Position

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate bedside care and build positive relationships with patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff while striving for excellence in service and quality. This PRN Tier 1 position serves the Medical Surgical Oncology area at the BWK and CAM campuses. The monthly commitment is 16–48 hours. Team members must provide their schedule up to four weeks in advance and work two weekend shifts plus one major holiday during each schedule period. Tier 1 pay is based on experience, plus any applicable shift differentials.

Requirements

Graduate of a diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree nursing program.
Current RN license to practice in the State of Georgia.

Manage the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making appropriate to the area and patient population.
Deliver patient care using standardized, evidence-based guidelines and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies, and equipment.
Communicate, collaborate, and function with other members of the health team to provide optimum care.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, guests, team members, and medical staff while striving for service and quality excellence.
