About The Position
BAYADA is hiring skilled and reliable Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to clients in St. Cloud and nearby Minnesota communities. Nurses care for clients of all ages and acuity levels while building meaningful connections and receiving professional support. Available schedules include full-time, part-time, and PRN, with a minimum of four shifts per month for PRN. Shifts are offered during the day and overnight and may be 8, 10, or 12 hours. There is no weekend requirement. The position offers flexible scheduling, consistent pay, weekly pay, and short commutes to local clients. BAYADA provides onboarding tailored to the nurse’s availability, personalized paid training, award-winning SIM lab training, skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, and ongoing mentorship. Nurses use Cubhub electronic charting to support patient care. The role is part of BAYADA Home Health Care, an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one home care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Deliver patient care in clients’ homes in St. Cloud and nearby Minnesota communities.
- Use Cubhub electronic charting to document care.
