About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients with a range of acuity levels in the Winston-Salem and Greensboro metro area and surrounding Piedmont Triad communities. The role offers flexible scheduling, daytime and overnight shifts, and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, with no weekend requirement. Compensation is $30–$34 per hour in the Piedmont Triad area, including weekend and overnight differentials. Commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depend on weekly commitment, and fast-track onboarding bonuses are also offered. BAYADA provides onboarding designed around nurses’ availability, personalized paid training including SIM labs, skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise. The position serves clients in communities across Alamance, Chatham, Davie, Davidson, Forsyth, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, Rockingham, Rowan, and Stokes counties. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.
Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients with varied acuity levels.
- Document care using the Statewise electronic charting system.
- Participate in onboarding, paid training, skill-building, and ongoing mentorship.
