Weekend Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

About The Position
The Home Health Registered Nurse delivers skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. The role includes creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families, and supporting recovery and independence. Nurses practice with autonomy and build meaningful one-to-one patient relationships. The schedule is Thursday through Saturday, three 12-hour shifts, with no on-call requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan.
- At least one year of professional registered nursing experience.
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Medical-surgical experience preferred.
- Home health or hospice experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.
- Create individualized care plans.

- Document care and coordinate it using the Epic EHR system.
