About The Position
Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for its Progressive Care Unit (PCU), which focuses on Renal Transplant, Urology, Peritoneal Dialysis, Pulmonary Hypertension, and other areas. The Temple Memorial campus is a 636-bed specialty care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin. It is also one of eight nationally accredited Pulmonary Hypertension Centers in Texas. The hospital is recognized as a Magnet-designated hospital and was ranked #1 in the United States on the 2023 Fortune/PINC AI Top 100 Hospitals list. The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, on the night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is paid in three installments over 12 months.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited program with a specialized field of study in nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification, or must obtain it within 30 days of starting in the role.
- All certifications must be from the American Heart Association (AHA).
