RN PRN Wound Care
About The Position
Franciscan Health’s Registered Nurse Specialty provides professional nursing care for patients in specialty clinics. The role supports providers and coworkers in coordinating patient care and serves as a liaison among patients, coworkers, and providers. In the Wound Care Institute, the RN works with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized treatment and comprehensive patient care. RNs develop treatment programs based on each patient’s needs, evaluate progress, and adjust treatment as needed. The position is based at Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus in Indianapolis, Indiana. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with weekend on-call responsibilities. Travel is never or rarely required.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Indiana or a state listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Team-oriented and willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient-care needs.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program preferred.
