About The Position

The role includes supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, developing tailored care plans, addressing patient concerns, and providing direct patient care when needed. Requirements

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS certification.
• CRRN certification.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments.
• Lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build relationships with patients and their families and understand their needs to support recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with various departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries.
