About The Position
The Registered Nurse is accountable for managing patient care during a designated timeframe. Responsibilities include coordinating and evaluating care, teaching, and delegating patient activities to other health care team members through the therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment. This part-time, day-shift position is with Trinity Health Oakland Hospital, a 497-bed community teaching hospital and Level II trauma center serving Oakland County. The hospital provides comprehensive cardiovascular, stroke, orthopedic, obstetric, gynecologic, and cancer care. Requirements
- Current Michigan nursing license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Previous Pre-Op/PACU experience.
- BSN degree, or written agreement to obtain a BSN within five years.
Nice To Haves
- Critical Care experience is strongly preferred.
- BSN degree is preferred.
