About The Position

Grey Stone Health & Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care to residents during the full-time evening shift from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and using nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role works within a team-oriented facility environment and is supported by clinical standards and established processes. Shift differential and experience pay are provided.

Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.
• Have supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
