About The Position

Aveanna is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate homecare to an adult patient in Augusta, Georgia. The patient has low acuity and requires feeding-tube care and noninvasive mechanical ventilation. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Aveanna describes itself as a national leader in private-duty nursing and highlights its workplace culture, local clinical support, and opportunities for skill advancement and paid training.

Requirements

• Must hold and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the clinician’s state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary.
• A current TB skin test, within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required; one year is required in Georgia.
