About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The nurse delivers comprehensive care focused on patient comfort and safety, collaborates with healthcare professionals on patient care plans, monitors patient conditions, administers prescribed medications and treatments, maintains patient documentation, and educates patients and families about health management and disease prevention. The position offers evening shifts with start times of 11 AM, 1 PM, or 3 PM. Candidates must be willing to work 36- or 48-hour shifts as required. The location is listed as City, State.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC Advanced Life Support (ALS) is required.
- AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or ARC Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is required.
- AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or ARC Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) is required.
- Must be willing to work 36- or 48-hour shifts as required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Prior experience in an acute care facility preferred.
