About The Position
We have multiple Med Surg RN needs in FT Walton Beach Florida. Currently they have both days (7am - 7pm) and nights (7pm - 7am) available. $10,000 Sign On with 1 year of RN experience. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $30 - $48 per hour. Sign-on bonus is for RNs with 1 year of RN experience, which doesn't have to be in a hospital. We are open to RNs in all specialties (LTAC, SNF, Home Health, and ETC). Day (7am -7pm) and Night (7pm -7am) shifts are available. There is a shift differential of $4.25 per hour for nights.
Requirements
- Current FL RN License or compact RN license
- 1 year as a RN
- Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; willing to consider ASN with solid experience
- BLS and/or any other certifications required for that specialty
Responsibilities
- Looking for 1 year of experience with any background
- Beds depending on location and department
- Proper patient ratios
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds
