About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a skilled nursing facility team for night shift coverage. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents while working independently during overnight hours.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Flexibility to work extended or occasional modified shifts
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents during night shifts
- Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies
- Perform accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
- Coordinate effectively with incoming day shift staff for continuity of care
- Ensure adherence to facility policies and patient safety standards
