You’ll play a critical role during some of the most vulnerable hours of our patients’ recovery. As a Night Shift Floor RN, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care while working with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to support patients through their recovery journey.

Requirements

• Current RN license (in good standing)
• ADN considered with relevant experience
• Must be 21 years or older

Nice To Haves

• Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a psychiatric and behavioral health setting
• Administering medications and closely monitoring patient responses overnight
• Responding to crises with confidence, using de-escalation and intervention techniques
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Accurately documenting patient progress and maintaining compliance with all standards
• Offering education and reassurance to patients, helping them stay on track toward long-term wellness
