Responsibilities

  • Assessing new patients within eight hours of admission
  • Delivering individualized nursing care as directed by the physician
  • Managing medication administration daily, ensuring proper monitoring and storage
  • Actively participating in interdisciplinary team discussions to formulate treatment plans
  • Documenting progress notes for one-on-one and group sessions, adhering to established policies and procedures
  • Coordinating risk management activities to minimize potential injuries and financial losses for patients, staff, and visitors
  • Completing and signing essential admission paperwork in alignment with legal and hospital policy guidelines
