Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assessing new patients within eight hours of admission
- Delivering individualized nursing care as directed by the physician
- Managing medication administration daily, ensuring proper monitoring and storage
- Actively participating in interdisciplinary team discussions to formulate treatment plans
- Documenting progress notes for one-on-one and group sessions, adhering to established policies and procedures
- Coordinating risk management activities to minimize potential injuries and financial losses for patients, staff, and visitors
- Completing and signing essential admission paperwork in alignment with legal and hospital policy guidelines
