About The Position
Henry Ford Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical nursing units 4C/D at Henry Ford Providence Novi. The role provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. Using the nursing process, the nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients and their families, while communicating with the healthcare team and helping address variances from patient goals. Nursing Units 4C and 4D are adult inpatient units: a 17-bed Medical-Surgical unit and a 15-bed Medical-Surgical/Oncology unit. Together, they care for a diverse population of medical, surgical, and oncology patients. The multidisciplinary team focuses on safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and supports patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Responsibilities
