Registered Nurse - MS/Tele
About The Position
This is a Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS/Tele) travel nursing contract at a Short Term Acute Care facility in Lubbock, Texas. The position is onsite, runs for three months, and is scheduled for day shifts of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The nurse will float between units and provide medical/surgical telemetry care. The facility is a Level II Trauma Center with 379 staffed beds and an expected patient ratio of 1:5. At least one prior travel contract is required. Every-other-weekend work is required; on-call work is not required. Block schedules are approved but not required, and 48-hour shifts are not approved. Licensed nursing personnel must wear solid navy blue uniforms or scrubs; scrub tops may have colored piping, but printed tops are not acceptable except for specified licensed staff in the Children's Hospital. Women's Services follows its unit-specific scrub requirements. Free parking is available in unrestricted spaces and designated Employee/Visitor surface lots. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available. COVID-19 vaccination is not required, and flu vaccination status is unknown.

Responsibilities
