The Registered Nurse provides nursing services directly or indirectly to participants in a specialty department or practice. The role conducts initial and ongoing assessments, provides nursing care, and works with an interdisciplinary team to support prevention, early detection, and care for acute and chronic illness. The nurse plans and implements care based on assessment findings, standards of care, and desired patient outcomes, and evaluates and updates care plans as needed. The position is based at TriHealth UROGYN Associates and is full-time, scheduled for 80 hours bi-weekly on the day shift, with no weekend or holiday rotation. If a registered nurse from a physician practice works in an inpatient area, the nurse must be able to write verbal orders, enter orders, and pend access notes, and must attend physician THC training. TriHealth describes its mission as advancing healthcare and improving lives and expects all team members to demonstrate its SERVE standards and ALWAYS behaviors, including welcoming and assisting patients and guests, taking responsibility for service recovery, working to improve quality and safety, respecting differences and contributions, using time and resources responsibly, and showing courtesy and compassion.
