About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients of varying ages and acuity levels in Guilford County and surrounding Piedmont Triad communities. Nurses receive flexible scheduling, weekly pay, leadership support, and 24/7 clinical assistance. Available shifts include daytime, evening, and overnight schedules, with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour options; weekend work is not required. The position includes paid, personalized training and onboarding designed to fit the nurse’s availability, ongoing mentorship, and user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise. The advertised pay is $30–$34 per hour in the Piedmont Triad Area, including weekend and overnight differentials. Commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depend on weekly commitment, and fast-track onboarding bonuses are also mentioned. BAYADA’s skilled nursing offices in Winston-Salem and Greensboro serve communities across the Piedmont Triad, including locations in Alamance, Chatham, Davie, Davidson, Forsyth, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, Rockingham, Rowan, and Stokes counties.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
