About The Position

This role involves leading the delivery of compassionate, high-quality nursing care by following evidence-based protocols that prioritize patient safety and clinical excellence. The nurse will create and monitor comprehensive care plans, adjusting interventions in real-time to drive positive patient outcomes and recovery. This position also involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams as the primary point of contact to ensure the patient receives a seamless, holistic treatment experience and supporting the patient’s journey home by managing discharge planning early, ensuring a safe and confident transition from our care.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
1-2 years of Nursing experience
