About The Position

Wilmington Hospital, a ChristianaCare facility since 1890, is a fully modernized hospital serving as ChristianaCare’s corporate headquarters. This 321-bed facility, spanning 622,100 square feet, provides high-quality healthcare in Wilmington. The Emergency Department features a helipad with aero-medical transport capabilities and is a Level III Trauma Center, participating in the Delaware Trauma System. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join this team. This role offers the opportunity to work in an Emergency Department with advanced capabilities and be part of a Magnet Status Hospital recognized four times. There are growth opportunities defined by our Clinical Ladder. You will have the choice between a higher incentive rate or the option to select benefits.

Requirements

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED required.
• BLS required.
• ALCS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Emergency Department with a helipad with aero-medical transport capabilities.
• Serve as a participating trauma hospital in the Delaware Trauma System.
