About The Position
Our BAYADA Home Care office is hiring Registered Nurses who have a passion for ADULT client care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses with trach and vent experience to join our growing home care team! Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
Nice To Haves
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management
- Pediatric and/or adult home care
- Skilled nursing assessments and documentation
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
